“I am highly disappointed with Wrench. I used them to replace a rear passenger-side door handle back in 2019. When I scheduled an appointment this February to replace the rear driver-side door handle, they installed a black door handle (all others are chrome). The mechanic told me "IT'S OKAY - JUST ORDER THESE COVERS". I did not want to order the covers but did because he insisted. The covers do not work. My car looks like a joke and I am told I must pay another $230 to have the CORRECT handle installed. What gives? Is customer satisfaction no longer applicable? Do better Wrench. I plan to post this same message on all platforms I am a member. Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok, and any others I can find to warn them of shoddy business practices. UPDATE: I had to pay another $230 for Wrench to come back and install a CHROME handle. The car looks great now but $500 for a door handle? Come on Wrench!!!”

“I was recently robbed by this company, and the people who answer the phone do not help at all. Let me start from the beginning; I bought a 2013 Ford Focus from Carvana in June 2024. Three weeks later between July 18-20 my car broke down completely at an IKEA store. I took the car to IKEA to charge, me & my kids walked around, ate and whatnot then I got the notification that my car was fully charged. We went outside and turned on the car then it immediately shut off and said “Car in transportation mode. Contact dealership.” Obviously I went straight to calling Carvana & they told me since it was under 100 days or 4,000 miles that it would be covered under warranty so I needed to contact Silver Rock. Mind you, this happened around 8 pm on a Thursday so they were closed & I was forced to leave my car at IKEA. Next day, I finally get through to Silver Rock & the automated machine gave me a list of mechanics under them in my zip code. I went with the #1 recommendation on their list: YOU. So I’m at work on Friday, and I booked the appointment online for your mechanic to go to IKEA so I could skip the hassle of a tow truck. After work, I went straight to IKEA the mechanic showed up on time. I spoke to him for 2 minutes before he was like “wait is your car electric?” I’m like yes ?? He’s like yeah sorry electric cars “aren’t my thing.” Then he left ! He didn’t open the hood or try to start it or even get in the car ! He did NOTHING. He called his boss, and came back & told me they’d contact me & he literally left. He was with some woman. I saw him call the lady & they left. His boss called me, and left a voicemail (I attached proof of the voicemail where he clearly states he cannot work on it because it is electric.) Here’s the crazy part, in order to book any appointment with you all you must enter the full VIN number. The VIN number is like my car’s social security number. I cannot make it up. My VIN number shows that my car is a 2013 Ford Focus Electric. When I typed it on your website it even knew the color of my car ! How was it my fault or my problem that the mechanic didn’t know my call was fully electric ? ESPECIALLY when you could add details I put “after charging my car, it shut it off and won’t turn on”. I even put the message I told you about earlier. Fast forward, I contacted Silver Rock they found me a mechanic who could ACTUALLY fix my car. Then they had my car towed, and fixed. Now fast forward again to August 3. You all charged me a cancellation fee of $150.00. How exactly did I cancel when the issue was either your company didn’t tell Fernando my car was electric OR Fernando didn’t pay attention to my vehicle details just saw “Ford” & thought ooh cool any easy fix. Because this is fraud. This is a robbery. Not only was the mechanic uneducated, unable to help me & rude. But he also left me and my two 8 year old children at IKEA on a hot summer day. But then I call your customer service to request a refund and the man said it was my fault for booking online. I was supposed to call and advise that I was going to be working under warranty. He refused to pass me to a supervisor. He refused to give me a refund. He refused to give me his name. When I tried to explain that I was stranded at IKEA, and my phone was dying and I was just trying to figure out this situation he lacked any empathy and said it didn’t matter. I don’t expect any apology. I want my money back. You guys really robbed me $150, right before school starts. I expect my money back in the same account you took it from and now. Thank you.”

“Gerardo Santos was my Technician , He did a great job changing my oil and filter ! Super friendly and explained everything he did ! I let him know that my hood did not stay up by itself and I thought I would have to stand outside and hold it open for him, he assured me he did not need any help and was able to do it on his own ! I highly recommend Wrench Inc for all of your automotive needs! It was so nice to not have to leave my house to get my car serviced! Super low prices for above average service! It was great to not have to sit at a service garage while the work was being done or trying to find someone to help drop your car off and give you a ride back home! Services Oil change”
