These terms govern your use of the ProBusiness101 directory at probusiness101.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What ProBusiness101 is
ProBusiness101 is a directory of local businesses. We publish listing information so that customers can find and contact businesses directly. We are not a party to any agreement between a customer and a business, we do not perform or guarantee any service, and a listing is not an endorsement.
Listing information
Listings are created by business owners or compiled from publicly available business information. We try to keep listings accurate, but we cannot verify every detail and information can change. Confirm licences, insurance, prices and availability with the business before hiring. Ratings and reviews are the opinions of the people who submit them, not ours.
Business owners
- You may only create or claim a listing for a business you own or are authorised to represent.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for having the rights to any text, logos and photos you upload. By uploading content you give us a licence to display it on the site and in search and social previews.
- You must not post misleading claims, fake reviews, or content that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law.
- You can ask us to update or remove your listing at any time at [email protected].
- Keep your portal login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Reviews and messages
Only submit reviews about your own genuine experience with a business. Do not submit reviews for a business you own, work for or compete with. We may remove reviews or messages that appear fake, abusive, off-topic or unlawful, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the site.
Acceptable use
You must not scrape or bulk-download the directory, probe or overload the service, bypass security measures, send spam through our forms, or use the site for anything unlawful. Automated access is permitted only for search-engine crawlers that respect our robots.txt.
Intellectual property
The site's design, code and editorial content belong to ProBusiness101. Business names, logos and photos belong to their respective owners. You may link to any page of the site.
Advertising
The site shows advertising served by Google AdSense. Advertisers, not ProBusiness101, are responsible for their advertisements. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProBusiness101 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from information in a listing, or from dealings between you and a listed business.
Removal of content and termination
We may edit or remove any listing, review or other content, and suspend or close accounts, where we believe these terms have been broken or the content is harmful. Rights holders can report infringing content to [email protected].
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and disputes are subject to the courts located there, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be excluded.
