“If I could leave less stars I would. Company dispatch said 45 minutes, then 1.5 hours, now another 1.5 hours. Total of 3 hours and marked arrived by AAA. Then excuse of driver truck was broken down. Could they have called and told us that? You'd think so but they didn't. Went with another company nearby.”

“Wouldn't tow to my house. Took my car to their lot overnight. Called next morning to get car towed and 2 employees in the office couldn't locate my car but found all the information in their system. Manager never called with an update. Later on my car showed up at my house with a different tow company. How do they not document where the car is located or if it was transferred to another company”

“Never purchase a car battery from this business, they will scam you and install the wrong battery into your car and not care at all. They will scam you and not honor a warranty on your battery and could not care less to make it right because AAA lets them get away with it for some reason. I went to Costco and installed a battery myself rather than deal with this company and AAA, their system is insane and I can only assume it is built to scam people. Do not trust this business with a cent of your money!”

“Absolutely terrible experience with this tow company. AAA dispatched them for my service and they originally told me the estimated time was 1:20pm. the driver showed up at 12pm without any notice and only called once he was already there. I was just 15 minutes away grabbing food after waiting for hours, but he immediately said if I wasn’t there in 5 minutes, he’d cancel the job and I’d still be charged.
When I called the office to explain, the woman I spoke with was even ruder. She said the driver had another call and basically refused to help, then they went ahead and canceled and still took my money. Completely unprofessional and zero customer service. I would avoid this company at all costs they clearly don’t care about their customers or honoring their commitments through AAA.
