Read this: So very disappointed by this service!! It was recommended to me, but am sorry I cannot recommend this company to anyone. They left their dryers for 3 weeks, running for 24 hours, my electricity bill came to $166. When usually it is $23.67. Service men were fine… Techs knew their line of work only. Assurance given from time to time that a company would do the rest. (my mistake -never asked who, when and how long) I had to call their office to get them to pick up their dryers… one of the workers told me they were busy elsewhere and were delayed in getting their machines from my house. I was told they would fix the wall and ceiling with drywall and what not, but nope never got an invoice and then their manager wants the check and insurance claim number… $3000+ bill sent to me. I feel cheated. Incident happened in May and now it is August. I got paid in peanuts by my insurance.
Lesson learned is that if you are a new home owner, don’t trust no one. To get your house fixed, have a reliable contractor and trusty handyman …”

We had a major leak from a frozen sprinkler pipe in our condo. Collin and his team arrived within an hour of calling and helped us move furniture and paintings. Shortly after equipment arrived to help extract water and begin the drying process. Collin supervised the work personally and was available by phone and text throughout. Unfortunately, there was extensive damage which required sheetrock, baseboard, and insulation removal. The team put down paper to protect our tile floors, removed wet, carpeting, and padding, and put up plastic containment barriers to protect the areas of our condo that did not get wet. Collin’s team came daily until everything was dried and then promptly removed their equipment so that we could start the reconstruction process. Thanks to All Dry our home is already well on the way to recovery.”

“I have had a very bad experience with All Dry. I called about some water damage for a leak in our garbage disposal that we needed to repair. It was small damage, but it was the sort of damage that is going to require a whole floor to be replaced. They were very quick responding and came out that day. Right away brought in these large, loud fans and dehumidifiers to our house to try to dry out the floor. We were told that the fans would be here for a few just a few days before we would move forward with the process of cleaning at our house and working on the floors. They came back to take readings a few times that first week, then we stopped hearing anything from them. I contacted them several times, and was told that they would come get the fans several times, they still haven’t gotten their fans or told us what next steps would be weeks later.
Several times they said they would come get the fans and have not gotten them.
Last I spoke to them they mentioned coming to take some of our stuff to storage for while the floors are redone, something I would absolutely not trust from a company that is so hard to get ahold of.
I would use caution when working with this company, while they start off responsive, I have found that they have left me in a bad position.”
