“Spectrum did our whole house spring carpet cleaning today. They were running late owing to a situation which was not their fault at all. They called and let us know what their new ETA was. We have a lot of pets and a cat that pees in a particular closet if she can sneak in there. This is a smell that is nearly impossible to remove and we did not have high hopes. We had done the carpets in fall with a dry method that turned out to be a waste of money. Their cleaning was very thorough and far superior. To my absolute surprise they were able to get the cat smell out of the closet. I found a couple weird spots after they were gone and the technician was back out as fast as he could get here. We never determined what the spots were from but they came out immediately with a clean dry towel and the technician even offered to hook up his hoses again which wasn't necessary but very kind. Great service and great work! We will be using them from now on.”

“We actually found these guys online and once we spoke with them, we felt immediately at ease with regards to their accommodation and professionalism. Once we set a date, they kept the lines of communication open as their window of arrival approached. They arrived promptly within the window they promised and immediately got to work. The two-person team (a young man and young woman) were very friendly and they worked diligently to clean our carpets.
We moved into our house a little over a year ago and the previous owner had pets that were clearly not monitored well. We also have two dogs (one is a 5-month old puppy) and despite our best efforts, there were indeed some accidents that made their way to our carpets. Nonetheless, with Spectrum's Pet and Deep Cleaning Treatment our carpets were literally like new again. When they finished (just under 2 hours for 5 rooms) my wife and I were literally astounded with the cleanliness of the carpets. You would have thought we just installed them.
We are very pleased and our only regret is that we didn't call Spectrum sooner. It was an incredible service for a great price. If we ever need carpet cleaning again, we absolutely will have no hesitation calling Spectrum.

“Agent on the phone when I called was very helpful and informative. Was able to schedule within a few days which was wonderful. Two cleaning professionals came to clean our carpets and they did a fantastic job. I would recommend spectrum restoration for any carpet cleaning.
After the carpet was fully dry the next day, we could see where there was still residue from the application of Carpet Guard. I called them and they sent 2 cleaning professionals that day, and used a carpet scrubber to remove the residue.
