“I was excited to find SLG Touch Free Car Wash when searching for a touchless option nearby. The location is convenient, the pricing is reasonable, and they even have vacuums and shaded areas, which is a nice touch.
However, the biggest downside is the reliability of the car wash itself. I’ve had it stop mid-cycle on me three separate times, and I’ve seen it happen to others while waiting in line. On one occasion, the wash didn’t even start at all. When this happens, you have to call the number listed, which directs you to Google AI. Sometimes you can get through to someone, but other times, it takes multiple calls. They do eventually fix the issue remotely, but it’s frustrating to deal with.
I really hope they address these technical issues, but for now, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere to avoid the hassle.”

“Went for the first time yesterday and definitely not impressed. I was excited because I needed a true “touch free” wash and this place sadly did not deliver. My truck is still dirt. I’m not sure how it even missed these areas. Definitely not worth it if you ask me.
