S J Towing was a product of S J Transport Inc., which began in 2002 with a single used ten-wheel dump truck. As we expanded, we ventured into lowbed transport in 2005 and our first tow truck in 2008. In 2012, S J Towing became an independent company specializing in the moving of construction equipment. We now have four lowbeds and two rollback tow trucks to work with, handling everything from small vehicles to heavy equipment. Though we don't have standard tow trucks, our trained staff and reliable affiliates are capable of doing any recovery or transport work. S J Towing has been moving vehicles and equipment since 2008, when our first tow truck joined the fleet. We handle everything from small passenger vehicles to heavy machinery, and our trained staff and trusted affiliates cover recovery and transport work across California. Heavy equipment transport
Moving heavy equipment takes the right trucks and a crew that knows how to load, secure, and haul large loads safely. Our fleet includes four lowbeds built for this kind of work, and we have grown our experience hauling machinery that standard tow trucks cannot carry. Whether the equipment is headed to a job site or back to a yard, we plan the route and securing method around the load. Vehicle relocation

Construction equipment moving
S J Towing became an independent company in 2012 focused on moving construction equipment, and that remains a core part of our work. We transport excavators, dozers, and other job site machinery between sites, yards, and shops across California. Rollback towing
Our two rollback tow trucks allow us to load vehicles and equipment by sliding them onto the bed rather than dragging them behind. This method is gentler on the vehicle and well suited to cars, trucks, and smaller machinery that might be damaged by a conventional tow. The bed is secured before we leave, so the load stays in place for the ride. Call us if you want a rollback for a vehicle that needs careful handling.
Lowbed transport
Lowbed trailers sit close to the ground, which makes loading and hauling tall or heavy equipment safer and more practical. S J Towing operates four lowbeds and has used them for transport work since 2005, when we first ventured into this line of business. We move everything from large machinery to heavy loads that need a low deck for clearance. Tell us the dimensions and weight of your load and we will confirm whether a lowbed is the right fit.
Machinery recovery
When machinery gets stuck, tipped, or disabled, recovery takes patience and the right equipment.
