Neptune Air Conditioning

Don't wait for the first heatwave to discover your air conditioner isn't working efficiently. Our comprehensive AC Tune-Up and Preseason Cleaning service is designed to prepare your system for peak performance, improve energy efficiency, and prevent costly breakdowns during the hottest months. This service is essential for homeowners and business owners alike who rely on consistent cooling and want to maximize the lifespan of their investment.

Our certified technicians perform a meticulous 20+ point inspection and cleaning process. We start by thoroughly cleaning the condenser and evaporator coils, which are often clogged with dirt and debris that force your system to work harder. We check and calibrate your thermostat for accuracy, inspect electrical connections for safety, lubricate all moving parts to reduce wear, and measure refrigerant levels to ensure optimal charge. We also clean and unclog the drain line to prevent water damage and potential mold growth.

Choosing Neptune Air Conditioning for your preseason maintenance means partnering with professionals who understand the unique demands of NYC's climate. We identify minor issues before they become major repairs, saving you money and hassle. A well-maintained system can reduce your energy consumption by up to 15%, putting money back in your pocket. Our transparent process means we explain everything we find and provide clear recommendations. For ultimate peace of mind, consider our annual Maintenance Contract, which includes this essential tune-up and priority service. Protect your comfort and your wallet with our professional preseason care.

The air circulating through your home or office directly impacts your health, comfort, and energy bills. Over time, your ductwork accumulates dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and other contaminants that are then recirculated throughout your living space. Our professional Air Duct Cleaning and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) services are designed to remove these pollutants at the source, creating a cleaner, healthier environment for you, your family, or your employees. This service is particularly beneficial for allergy sufferers, households with pets, older homes, or anyone concerned about respiratory health.

Our cleaning process is thorough and industry-approved. We use powerful, truck-mounted HEPA filtration vacuum systems to create negative pressure in your ducts, ensuring dislodged contaminants are captured and removed from your home, not just redistributed. Our technicians then use specialized brushes and agitation devices to scrub the interior surfaces of your ductwork. We clean all supply and return registers, grilles, diffusers, heat exchangers, cooling coils, drain pans, and fan motors. For added assurance, we offer video inspection services to visually confirm the cleanliness of your ducts both before and after our work.

Why choose Neptune Air Conditioning? We treat IAQ with the seriousness it deserves. Unlike quick, superficial cleaning methods, our process is comprehensive. We also provide air monitoring and VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) assessments to give you a complete picture of your indoor environment. Serving NYC, we understand local allergens and environmental factors. Clean ducts allow your HVAC system to operate more efficiently, potentially lowering your energy costs. Breathe easier knowing the air in your space is clean. Contact us for a consultation and take a proactive step toward better indoor health today.

Whether you're upgrading an old, inefficient unit, moving into a new property, or adding cooling to a space that never had it, a proper installation is the most critical factor in your air conditioner's performance, efficiency, and longevity. Neptune Air Conditioning offers expert installation services for every type of system, from standard window units and through-the-wall sleeves to sophisticated PTACs, Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHP), and ductless mini-splits. A correct installation ensures optimal cooling, minimizes operational noise, and prevents future repair issues.

Our installation process begins with a detailed consultation. We assess your space, discuss your cooling needs and budget, and help you select the perfect unit. We handle every detail, including the proper disposal of your old unit in an environmentally responsible manner.
