When they got there, they brought a crew of three and spent almost three hours on the car. I felt like that was a great value for the service. They did an especially impressive job on the back seats, which had taken a beating from my kids’ dirty feet and some spilled applesauce that had been baked into the seats all summer. I honestly didn’t expect them to get it looking as clean as they did.
The headlights also came out looking much clearer after the restoration.

When I finally removed the tape, the spots looked terrible. He promised to fix it but kept leaving jobs unfinished, missed scheduled times, ignored calls/texts, and made excuses. In the end, he claimed the job was done, but there are still unpainted spots.

I booked Mynt Mobile Detailing for their Premium Package + $225 paint correction. Total came out to nearly $500. The results? Completely unacceptable.
There were visible glue residues, poop stains still on the car, and overall poor quality work — even after I specifically asked for those issues to be addressed. The paint correction looked untouched, and nothing resembled what they advertise in their marketing photos.
The owner, John, acknowledged the poor quality, apologized, and said he would "make it right." He even mentioned injuring his back to gain sympathy. But after that, his professionalism completely vanished.
He gave me a vague time window to return and fix the job, then became a no-show. No follow-up, no communication. I had to reach out multiple times just to get a response — only for him to text me hours later asking if he could come “now.” By that point, I had lost all confidence.
I was patient and fair, but Mynt Mobile Detailing showed zero accountability. I paid for premium service and got bottom-barrel results. They overpromise and underdeliver — and once they have your money, they don’t care.
To make matters worse, I later checked their Google reviews and found that multiple people have had similar experiences — poor work, lack of communication, and no-shows. This seems to be a pattern, not a one-time fluke.
Take your car — and your money — somewhere else. I’m pursuing further action at this point.”
