“10/12/25 - update to my review pending action! First rain and a leak and Damage has occurred inside my house, one person has came out to fix it, leaked again and now more leaks and a lot more damage to interior and a restoration company is needed in an emergency fashion. Unfortunately for me, I have had a roof leak and damage before and know the process. Unfortunately for me this is the reason I got a new roof. However now new roof and MULTI-PRO in not responsive to the needs of restoration in an emergency. There will be a restoration company at my house tomorrow, either by my insurance or MULTI-PRO . I will follow up to this review as I have already notified ROC. I will update this review if my insurance or legal action needs to be taken. I have tried my best to put tarps on roof for the rain expected over the weekend and see if they take care of my home by Monday. If not “I will take care of my home” at all cost and multi pro will know what those costs are and be held liable for the remodel. The three numbers I have quit text me and taking my calls over the weekend, the main number on the website that says “call for storm damage” doesn’t answer. I asked to talk to the owner and have them call me back before I take legal action. I’m not happy. Water is in my house and we have a national weather service flood watch. They don’t seem to care and want to send a sub contractor to patch the new roof and I don’t need a roofer at this point I need walls open, ceilings, open, damage assessments, mold assessments, and yes full inspection by third party is scheduled. Original post- From the day Mike showed up for the estimate (I had three estimates) until the job was finished, Mike stayed in contact every step of the way, sent me progress pictures not only from the roof but from a drone. His guys on the roof were professional, cleaned up at the end of everyday (my roof is very large, 3 days). I had just drained and filled my pool so they covered it with plastic to keep debris and dust out. All the way around, professional work, great job. Mike and Multi Pro were recommended by a friend (so were the other two estimates) and I will refer Mike and Multi Pro to anyone and everyone. Thanks Mike and Multi Pro roofing solutions Team. “My experience with Multi Pro Roofing has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Their project manager, Shaun H., came to my home on 8/27/25 to look at my roof and check for any underlying issues related to age — things I might not be able to see myself. I had walked the roof personally before his visit and saw no damage at all. The roof was simply old, not damaged. After Shaun went up there, the condition of the roof looked noticeably worse. Shingles were pulled up in numerous places that were absolutely not like that before his visit. After that appointment, Shaun stopped communicating with me for a couple of weeks. Eventually, another project manager, Michael, was assigned. I told him I was no longer interested in working with the company, but he convinced me to give them another chance since Shaun was no longer there. Michael scheduled an 8 AM appointment for 10/23/25 and then didn’t show up or call. I texted him telling him not to come and that I was done. He showed up anyway and asked for another chance. Against my better judgment, I agreed. He promised to send me an estimate right away. Two more weeks passed with no estimate and no communication. I then called their office and spoke with a male receptionist who acted completely uninterested in my concerns. He said he would contact the owner, Patrick O’Dell Steele, and told me Patrick was on a job site but would call me by the end of the day. That call never came. At this point, three individuals — Shaun, Michael, and Patrick — failed to follow through, communicate, or take responsibility. Please click on my name and look at my other reviews. I am not someone who hands out negative reviews lightly. I’m easy to work with, and I gave this company three opportunities to make things right. Because the roof is now in worse condition heading into Arizona’s monsoon season — which officially runs June 15 through September 30 — I am extremely concerned about wind and water intrusion. I will be contacting my homeowner’s insurance company so they can document the damage firsthand. I will also be filing complaints with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, the Arizona Department of Insurance, and the Better Business Bureau so the appropriate agencies can review what happened. I am no longer seeking any discounts or offers from this company. I simply want other homeowners to be aware of my experience and for the proper authorities to evaluate the situation.
