About Maryland Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Contractors
The Maryland Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association (MPHCC) was established in the late 1880s by forming the National Association of Master Plumbers (NAMP) to ensure safe and sanitary plumbing systems. It wasn't long after the formation of NAMP before Maryland established its chapter for the growing industry. MPHCC today provides top-of-the-line service to thousands of members through education programs, including Apprenticeship, Journeyman/Master Gas Training, and Backflow Certification. Members will have access to updates on the industry, networking opportunities, and automatic membership in the national organization.

Our HVAC training draws on the same education programs we run for the wider plumbing, heating, and cooling trades. Members get access to industry updates and instruction that keep their skills current as equipment and codes change. The training is designed for people working on heating and cooling systems who want structured learning rather than guesswork.
