We stand apart with our employee model and deep local expertise. Our cleaners aren’t random app workers; they’re vetted professionals who learn your space and preferences. We offer flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees, and you can save up to 30% with our convenient recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly plans. Backed by our 200% guarantee, your satisfaction is completely assured.

Cleaning a multi-floor home in Manhattan is a completely different job from a standard apartment clean. Brownstones, townhouses, and row houses present unique challenges with original hardwoods, multiple staircases, high ceilings, and varied layouts on every level. Our dedicated multi-person teams are specially trained for the scale and detail these homes demand.

This service is essential for homeowners in neighborhoods like Park Slope, Brooklyn Heights, and the West Village. We approach every job from the top floor down, ensuring dust and debris fall toward areas we haven’t cleaned yet. Our comprehensive checklist includes staircase vacuuming, banister dusting, care for original wood floors, cleaning of built-in bookshelves and crown moldings, and attention to every bathroom and kitchen on every level.

We allocate the time and personnel the job truly requires—no rushing. Our flat-rate pricing is based on the actual scope of your home, not a generic estimate. We understand the materials in your historic home and use appropriate, safe cleaning solutions. With over 1,600 homes cleaned in Brooklyn Heights alone, our hands-on experience in Manhattan’s unique housing stock is unmatched, ensuring a dramatic, thorough transformation every time.

Sometimes your home in Manhattan needs more than a routine tidy—it needs a reset. Our deep cleaning service is an intensive, top-to-bottom scrub designed to tackle built-up grime, overlooked areas, and those tasks you save for "someday." We go far beyond our standard 55-point checklist to restore your home’s sparkle.

This service is ideal for post-renovation clean-ups, seasonal refreshes, or simply giving your home a comprehensive refresh. We clean inside cabinets and drawers, scrub baseboards and window sills, degrease kitchen vent hoods, clean behind and underneath major appliances, and sanitize all high-touch surfaces. We pay extra attention to areas that accumulate dirt over time but are often missed in regular cleans.

Our professional teams come fully equipped with industrial-grade, yet eco-friendly, supplies to cut through tough stains and sanitize deeply. The process is systematic and thorough, leaving no corner untouched. As with all our services, it’s backed by our 200% Ironclad Guarantee. If you’re moving, hosting a major event, or just want the profound satisfaction of a completely clean home, our deep clean delivers exceptional results and peace of mind.

Moving in or out of a Manhattan apartment or home is stressful enough without worrying about the cleaning checklist from your landlord or management company. Our move-in/move-out cleaning service is meticulously designed to ensure you get your full security deposit back by cleaning every surface and area that will be inspected.

This service is critical for tenants ending a lease, new homeowners taking possession, or anyone preparing a property for sale. We treat it with the seriousness it deserves. Our teams perform an exhaustive clean of the entire property, including inside all cabinets and closets, scrubbing oven and refrigerator interiors, descaling showerheads and faucets, washing walls and light fixtures, and ensuring floors are immaculate. We know what landlords and co-op boards look for.

We bring all necessary equipment, including heavy-duty cleaners for tough jobs like soap scum and hard water stains. Our flat-rate pricing means no surprise charges, and our guarantee means the job is done right. Let us handle the deep clean, so you can focus on the logistics of your move with one less major worry on your list.
