Maid Marines

Our standard house cleaning service is the foundation of a healthier, more organized home in NYC. Designed for busy professionals, families, and anyone who wants to reclaim their weekends, this service delivers a consistent, top-to-bottom clean that covers all the essentials.

We follow a comprehensive 55-point checklist in every room. In bedrooms and living areas, we dust all surfaces, wipe down baseboards and window sills, vacuum and mop floors, and fluff cushions. We'll even change your sheets and make the beds. In the kitchen, we clean countertops, the stovetop, and the exterior of appliances, scrub the sink, and take out the trash. Bathrooms receive a thorough scrub and disinfecting of toilets, showers, tubs, and sinks, with mirrors polished and floors cleaned.

What sets Maid Marines apart is our commitment to consistency and trust. You'll get a same trusted cleaner who becomes familiar with your home and preferences. As our employees—not independent contractors—they are fully vetted, bonded, and insured for your peace of mind. We bring all eco-friendly supplies and equipment, so there's nothing for you to buy or prepare. With our flat-rate pricing and 200% satisfaction guarantee, keeping your home spotless has never been easier or more risk-free.

Our deep cleaning service is a intensive, detailed clean designed for homes in NYC that need a reset. This is the perfect solution for spring cleaning, post-renovation cleanup, or for homes that haven't had a professional clean in some time. It goes far beyond our standard checklist to tackle built-up grime, dust, and areas often overlooked.

This service includes everything in our standard clean, plus extensive attention to detail. We clean inside cabinets and drawers, degrease range hoods and oven interiors, scrub tile grout in bathrooms, wipe down walls for smudges and fingerprints, clean inside windows, and move light furniture to clean underneath and behind. We focus on high-touch areas like light switches and door handles with hospital-grade disinfectant.

Ideal for homeowners, new tenants, or anyone preparing for a special event, our deep clean ensures every nook and cranny is addressed. Our professional cleaners are equipped with the right tools for the job, from extendable dusters to heavy-duty degreasers. We recommend this service as a one-time intensive treatment, often followed by regular maintenance cleanings. With Maid Marines, you get the assurance of bonded professionals who take the time to do the job right, backed by our promise to re-clean for free if you're not completely satisfied.

Securing your security deposit or welcoming yourself to a fresh new home requires a cleaning standard that goes beyond the everyday. Our Move-In/Move-Out cleaning service in NYC is specifically designed to meet the rigorous requirements of landlords and property managers, or to provide you with a truly blank slate.

This service is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom deep clean of the entire property. We ensure all appliances—refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave—are cleaned inside and out. Cabinets and drawers are emptied and wiped down. All bathrooms are scrubbed, disinfected, and decalcified. We wash windows inside, clean blinds, dust ceiling fans and light fixtures, and scrub floors on hands and knees if necessary. The goal is to leave the property in 'broom-clean' or better condition, addressing every item a property inspector might check.

This service is essential for tenants ending a lease, real estate agents preparing a property for sale, or new residents wanting to start fresh in a sanitized environment. Maid Marines simplifies the process: we handle all supplies, provide same-day Certificates of Insurance for your building management, and schedule cleaners who are experienced in this specific type of clean. Our flat-rate pricing means no surprises on a already stressful day, and our guarantee means you can confidently meet your lease obligations or enjoy your new space without worry.

A clean, organized workspace is not just about appearance—it's about employee health, productivity, and making the right impression on clients. Our professional office cleaning service in NYC is tailored for businesses of all sizes, from small startups to larger professional suites, who need reliable, after-hours cleaning performed by trustworthy professionals.

Our team focuses on creating a hygienic and welcoming work environment. We empty all trash and recycling bins, disinfect high-touch surfaces like desks, phones, keyboards, and door handles, vacuum and mop all flooring, and clean and sanitize kitchenettes and break rooms—including microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee makers. We ensure restrooms are fully stocked and impeccably clean, with mirrors, counters, toilets, and floors disinfected. We also dust all surfaces, including monitors, shelves, and window sills.
