We know that emergencies are stressful, so we focus on speed without sacrificing safety or care. Our dispatchers take your call, pinpoint your location, and send the nearest available tow truck to your exact spot.

Our emergency services cover everything from a sudden engine failure on the highway to a vehicle that won't start in a parking lot. We bring heavy-duty wreckers, flatbed trucks, and advanced winching gear to handle any situation. Our operators are trained to work safely in low light, bad weather, and high-traffic areas. You can count on us to secure your vehicle properly and either fix the problem on site or tow it to your preferred repair shop in San Antonio.

Why do local drivers choose Mack's for emergency tows? Because we answer the phone fast, we arrive with the right equipment, and we treat you with respect. We also keep our emergency rates affordable, so you are not hit with a huge bill after a bad day. When you see our familiar trucks rolling up, you will know help has arrived. Save our number now and rest easy knowing that Mack's has your back, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across San Antonio.

Flatbed towing is widely considered the safest method for transporting modern vehicles, and Mack's Towing uses only the best equipment for the job. Our flatbed trucks feature hydraulic ramps that allow us to load your car, SUV, or light truck completely onto the bed, keeping all four wheels off the ground. This protects your drivetrain, tires, and suspension from unnecessary wear during transport. Whether your vehicle has been in a collision, has mechanical failure, or simply needs to be moved across town, our flatbed is the right choice.

For heavier recovery situations, our wrecker and winching services are second to none in San Antonio. A wrecker is essential when a vehicle has left the roadway, is stuck in mud, snow, or a ditch, or has rolled into an awkward position. Our winches have the pulling power to extract cars, trucks, and even commercial vehicles safely and without causing additional damage. We use synthetic ropes and soft straps to protect your paint and undercarriage. Every winching job is carefully planned — we never just yank a vehicle out.

Mack's team is fully licensed and certified for both light-duty and heavy-duty recovery. We work closely with local law enforcement and property owners to clear accident scenes quickly and professionally. From a classic car that needs a gentle ride to a construction truck that has slipped off a gravel road, we have the skill and the fleet to handle it. Call us for flatbed towing or expert winching in San Antonio and experience the Mack's difference: professional, affordable, and always reliable.

Not every roadside problem requires a tow truck, and Mack's Towing wants to save you time and money whenever possible. Our dedicated roadside assistance team handles those common but frustrating inconveniences that can ruin your day. With just one call, we send a skilled technician directly to your location in San Antonio to solve the issue on the spot so you can continue your journey with minimal delay.

One of our most requested services is the jump start. Dead batteries happen to everyone — perhaps you left your lights on, the cold weather drained your charge, or your alternator is failing. Our trucks carry powerful portable jump packs that can restart most vehicles in seconds, no second vehicle needed. If the battery is completely dead, we can also provide a temporary charge to get you to a nearby auto parts store or shop. For lockouts, we use specialized non-damaging tools to open your car door safely, whether you have a traditional key or a modern fob locked inside.

Flat tires are another common problem, especially on San Antonio roads. Our technician will change your flat for you and put on your spare tire quickly and correctly. If you do not have a spare, we can arrange a tow or bring a temporary inflation solution. We also provide emergency fuel delivery if you have run out of gas — we bring enough to get you to the nearest station. Mack's makes sure that for every minor breakdown, you have a fast, friendly, and affordable option right here in San Antonio.
