I called Mack's Towing Services and said they could be out there in 25 minutes. The guy got there in 25 minutes 😳 just like he said. Was having trouble getting reimbursed from my insurance. Said I needed an invoice because the receipt that I got was digital and didn't have all the information they needed for reimbursement. I called Mack's and he was very nice about it. Took the time to handwrite me the invoice/receipt and send it to me. Honest, reliable, and dependable. It is noteworthy to say if anyone out there needs Towing call Mack's. Was going to be $150 from my in laws house to the dealership. Then Decided to over change her $210 the last minute while my truck was already loaded and ready to go. They saw a young lady and took advantage of her and my money. Then lied to me when I gave em a callback about the issue. And didn't even fix the issue and lies and lies be careful with this company.”

“A truck towing two cars, one red and one white, almost merged into mine and 2 other cars to take a last minute left turn. We had to slam on our breaks to avoid it and they still crossed 2 lanes through the median right in front of us. On top of that the white car's trunk was wide open and looked to have stuff in it. For a company who's job is to pick up wrecked cars, they should insure their drivers know what they're doing. I wish I had gotten the truck number, but since it was such a quick cut through it was impossible.”
