“Very disappointed and would NEVER recommend this business. My 94-year old father paid for TWO ongoing service contracts for multiple years with both active through this month. We are selling his house and the buyers inspection for termites required spending more than $10,500. When I called Lloyds to ask why that would be, I was told no one from Lloyds had even been to their house in over two years! They take advantage of seniors!
