“My split system was not only due for replacement but it failed on us mid July 2024. King Cooling & Heating came out and installed an upgraded system. Also, who ever installed the old system in the attic space, did NOT mount it correctly. King took the liberty to fix it. Fast forward to today, King came out to take a look at it before mother nature turned it's oven on for Las Vegas. Everything checked out and now time to run it. Thank you King! “I’ve owned homes in Las Vegas for a long time and have dealt with plenty of service companies. Lance from King Air Duct Cleaning was one of the few who actually impressed me. He showed up exactly on time, walked me through what he was doing, and explained how the system works instead of just rushing through the job. The dryer duct alone had some massive lint buildup from years of accumulation. Watching what he pulled out of there made me realize how overdue the cleaning was. What really stood out was that he didn’t just clean and leave. He tested everything afterward, checked connections, tightened a few things that were loose, and made sure the airflow was right before wrapping up. That extra attention to detail is rare.
