Our Services
Residential heating and air conditioning
We handle heating and air conditioning for homes, from a single failing unit to a full system check before the seasons change. Our work starts with understanding how your house holds heat and cool, then we match the repair or service to what your system actually needs. Jeff and Dixie Parks founded Heritage Heating & Air 24 years ago, and we still run the company with that same hands-on attention. Call us and we will talk through what you are seeing and what it will take to get your home comforta...
HVAC service
Routine HVAC service keeps your heating and cooling running efficiently and catches small problems before they turn into breakdowns. A typical visit covers checking airflow, cleaning and inspecting key components, and testing controls so the system performs as it should. We treat every visit as a chance to explain what we found in plain terms. Our approach follows our C.O.R.E. values, which put the customer first and aim for excellence in every job.
HVAC replacement
When an older heating and cooling system can no longer be repaired economically, replacement is the next step. We look at the size of your home, the condition of your existing setup, and how you use the space before recommending equipment. The goal is a system sized correctly for your home so it runs comfortably and does not waste energy. We walk you through the options and the installation process so you know what to expect at each stage.
Heating service
Heating service covers everything from a furnace that will not start to a seasonal tune-up before the cold arrives. We check ignition, burners, safety controls, and airflow, and we make the adjustments needed for steady, even warmth. Good heating service also means your system is safe to run through the winter. We take the time to explain what we found and what, if anything, needs attention.
Air conditioning service
Air conditioning service helps your system cool your home evenly and run without strain during hot weather. We inspect the refrigerant levels, coils, fans, and electrical connections, then clean and adjust what needs it. A well-maintained system uses less energy and tends to last longer. If your unit is short on cooling or making unusual noises, call us and we will work out the cause with you.
Family-owned HVAC
Heritage Heating & Air is a family-owned and operated business. Jeff and Dixie Parks started the company after moving to the Nashville and Franklin area from Maryland, and they built it from the ground up. That personal ownership shapes how we work, with a focus on treating customers well and caring for the people who work with us. When you call, you are speaking with the people who stand behind the work.
HVAC repair
When your heating or cooling system stops working or behaves strangely, we diagnose the problem and explain the repair options clearly. We start by finding the root cause rather than just replacing a part, so the fix lasts. Our repair work follows the same standards we apply to all our service, with the customer's comfort and understanding kept at the center. Reach out and we will schedule a visit to get your system running again.
Residential HVAC
Our residential HVAC work is built around the homes and families we serve in the Nashville and Franklin area. We service, repair, and replace heating and cooling systems for houses of all sizes and ages. Every project starts with understanding how your home is used and where comfort is lacking. We aim to leave your home comfortable, efficient, and easy to maintain.
