If you give a five star review, it should always be for a exemplary reason. The things I mention above are what I feel are a standard for this company, which should speak volumes about their team! These folks are willing to tackle the toughest of challenges with a smile and make any yard that looks hit by a storm into one reborn.
The entire process from start to finish was as professional as you’d expect from a service such as theirs. After a brief online submission, Alex reached out to schedule a time to come by for assessment. On arrival, I gave him a rundown of what I needed done around the property: specifically the extraction of a very aggressively growing clutch of Pepperleaf plant on the side of the house, as well as a few other overgrown areas. Alex took that information and gave me an outlook of what to expect. On conclusion of the visit he was polite and courteous enough to close and lock my gate.
Their online link is very streamlined! From booking your assessment to booking your work day, you are in communication with the system to ensure the team’s efficiency as well as working best with each and every one of their many clients. It makes the process hassle free as well as time-saving for all parties!
On the day of the cut, Sergio and Alex arrived ahead of schedule ready handle business. Armed with all the equipment necessary for the job, they went in like surgeons and strategically and cleanly trimmed and eradicated any unwanted weeds and overgrowth. The two man team locked in together on the severely overgrown side and then split up to finish the rest of the job once it became manageable. They tackled the job in a fraction of the time it has taken me to do the property solo!
Upon completion, they cleared the debris from the walkways and any extra dead growth in the yard as Alex stated would be done. They even bagged everything up and placed what they could in refuse bins!
To say I am impressed with the service is an understatement. They went above and beyond and made sure that satisfaction was guaranteed. I would definitely not only recommend them to anyone in need of swift and efficient services, but I WILL be reaching out in the near future for additional services.
