I only leave reviews if the service is Exceptional or unprofessional. Mr. Scaping came at a time when I really needed someone for a yard clean up second week of 10/2024. He did a really good job Paid him what he charged me and wanted to keep him for weekly service moving forward to close out summer and for next year. Came again on the 10/18, 10/30 (had to reach out to him) and 11/13/2024 (had to reach out to him). Texted him 11/30/2024, asked if he could come the following Monday he said yes. No showed and didn't hear from him. Called him 12/6/2024 he said he could come Sunday 12/8/2024 again no showed and didn't hear from him. Reached out multiple times via text and phone - to see if he could still come - didn't return my messages. I gave 2 starts because the communication with me was bad. I'd rather that he had just told me he didn't want to service me anymore than to just not show up. Or least given me the opportunity to rectify whatever the issue was that caused him not to want to provide service.
I did ask him on two separate occasions to do 2 very small yard task on separate occasions that I would have more than gladly paid extra for and told him that. So I hope that wasn't the issue.
When landscapers leave customers hanging in situations like this it's more costly for the customer. The time I wasted time to get him to come my yard clean up need was building up. Now have to pay someone more to get the job done. I'm sure he's exceptional with others just wasn't with me. All customers should be treated the same.”
