Cardinal flooring contacted us after the job was done to make sure we were happy with the results and if we had any questions or concerns. They contacted us several days later for the same. “They did Kool Decking around my pool and back patio. After finishing it looks great !! But getting to that was a struggle. They stated it wouldn't be much of a mess because they se a cement grinder with a vacuum. Well about 50% was and 50% was hand ground. The mess was extreme. For about 8 hours there was a concrete dust going everywhere. Including all the neighbors and probably in their pools. Ten the cleanup was half assed. If they would have said it was gonna be messy I would have covered the patio furniture. When I asked them to rebury the drip line they pulled up, they seemed put out and did it again half assed. They covered the pool and seemed to do a god job of it but, When they pulled up the plastic a lot of the sprinkles fell to the floor of the pool. Wife and I spent 2 hours cleaning the pool floor before we turned the filter back on. Was afraid it would clog the filter. After they were gone I found there moved my AC condenser so they could get their large generator in my back yard. I emailed the company and never got a response because I thought maybe they had an AC company They used. No response so I had a company come to check for leaks and to re-level the unit. When I told the company about it they did take that expense off the bill. The salesman stated all the plastic would be replaced also, but that wasn't done and just covered up. Most wasn't bad but the drain between the pool decking and the patio wasn't touched. They said they put air to it from the top but. that doesn't give me much faith that it will work during a heavy rain.All this and a $9000 job, but it looks great. Just wish it would have been a lot less grief.
