The integrity of any structure begins from the ground up. AZ Premier Concrete provides reliable, code-compliant slab foundation services for garages, sheds, ADUs, and home additions throughout Phoenix. A properly installed concrete slab is essential for providing a level, stable, and moisture-resistant base that supports weight evenly and prevents structural issues down the line.

Our foundation process is engineered for precision. We begin with a site evaluation to assess soil conditions and determine the necessary depth and reinforcement. We then expertly prepare the site by excavating to the proper depth, installing necessary vapor barriers, and laying a network of rebar or wire mesh for added tensile strength. This careful preparation prevents common problems like cracking, heaving, and moisture penetration from the ground.

Choosing us as your Phoenix foundation contractor means partnering with a team that understands local building codes and soil dynamics. We pour high-strength concrete mix with precise control, using laser levels to ensure perfect flatness and grade. Our 20+ years of experience mean we anticipate challenges and build foundations that are designed to last. Whether for a new construction project or replacing a failing slab, you can rely on our family-owned business for a foundation built on expertise and honesty.

Solve erosion problems, create usable flat spaces on sloped land, or add dramatic landscape features with a professionally built retaining wall from AZ Premier Concrete. Serving homeowners in Phoenix, we construct both functional and decorative retaining walls using durable concrete materials that blend strength with aesthetic appeal.

We build walls to manage soil retention for driveways, garden terraces, and property boundaries. Our process includes a thorough analysis of the slope, soil type, and drainage needs to determine the optimal wall design and necessary reinforcements, such as deadmen or geogrid. We then excavate and prepare a solid, compacted base, often using gravel for drainage behind the wall to prevent hydrostatic pressure buildup—a common cause of wall failure.

As your local Phoenix concrete experts, we offer various finishes, from the clean lines of poured concrete to the textured look of concrete block systems that can be stained or veneered. We don't just stack blocks; we engineer solutions that stand the test of time and harsh weather. A well-built retaining wall from AZ Premier Concrete not only protects your property but also enhances its beauty and functionality, turning a challenging slope into a valuable asset.

Make a powerful first impression and ensure safe passage to your home with a new concrete driveway or walkway from AZ Premier Concrete. In Phoenix, we specialize in constructing driveways and pathways that are built to endure daily vehicle traffic, harsh sun, and seasonal weather while maintaining their visual appeal and structural integrity for years.

We understand that your driveway is a major functional and aesthetic component of your property. Our installation process is designed for maximum durability. We excavate to the proper depth, install a thick, compacted base of road base gravel, and reinforce the concrete with rebar or fiber mesh to prevent cracking. We pay close attention to creating the correct slope for water runoff and ensuring the thickness is adequate for the expected load, whether it's for standard passenger vehicles or heavier RVs.

Why trust our family-owned company with your Phoenix driveway project? Beyond durable construction, we offer design flexibility with options like bordered edges, exposed aggregate finishes, or decorative scoring patterns. Our team ensures a smooth, professional finish and proper curing, resulting in a low-maintenance surface that boosts curb appeal and property value. We take pride in leaving every jobsite clean and your new driveway ready for use.

Is your existing concrete cracked, sunken, or beyond repair? AZ Premier Concrete provides comprehensive demolition and repour services in Phoenix to replace old, damaged concrete with a fresh, high-quality installation. We handle the messy work of removing outdated driveways, walkways, patios, and slabs, then expertly pour new concrete that restores safety, function, and beauty to your property.

Our process is efficient and thorough. We start by assessing the old concrete and the underlying base to diagnose the cause of the failure. Using specialized equipment like jackhammers and concrete saws, we carefully demolish and remove the old material, ensuring we also address any issues with the sub-base, such as poor drainage or soil instability. We then rebuild the base properly before pouring new, high-strength concrete tailored to your specific needs.

As your local Phoenix concrete contractor, we make the renovation process as seamless as possible. We manage all debris removal and site preparation, so you don't have to. Our repour service is the definitive solution for concrete that is too damaged for simple repairs. By choosing AZ Premier Concrete, you get a brand-new surface backed by our warranty and the peace of mind that comes from working with an experienced, family-owned business that stands behind its work.
