“I'm 61 years old. I had a leak in my main water line. Rented a trencher and ran a whole new line. It was tough and I was out of water 6 days. Finished and turned it on and the one place I had to sweat a copper connection leaked. I waited all day for another plumbing service who still hasn't called or showed up. It was on a Sunday. Active Plumbing and A/C answered right away and had Tony there in less than 3 hours. I was first quoted the $69 service fee and $350 for the repair. I could not afford this fee. Tony got approval from his boss and did the job for $175 total. I will never use another service besides them again in the future. They helped me so much at a time I really needed it.
