“I am extremely disappointed with this company. I purchased airconditioners from them over the years and the last NEW A/C broke down twice in approximately three months. The second time I was given an estimate of over $900 to fix the A/C which was under warranty. The reason for the excessive charge I was told was that it was not the airconditioner but the pipes(?) . I had it fixed for $150.00 elsewhere and the question of the pipes never came up.
This summer, 2025, I called them again to repair the A/C in the living room. As soon as they left the same problem repeated, this happened on two separate visits. When I called the company to speak with the staff concerned I was told he was out or at lunch and would call me back, no one called back until today, July 22nd. approximately 3 weeks later. I said to that person that I am disappointed with the service I received and was explaining why to him and he cut me off saying he did not need all the details and he hung up on me. Based on the above information I will not be dealing with them in the future.”
