“I had the rare pleasure of having my AC fixed today by Coolray. I contacted them on the web after 3pm on a Friday and was immediately surprised to see they had a block of time that could be scheduled between 3pm and 6 pm today! The technician showed up in about an hour. He was polite and courteous. He went straight to work, found the problem and fixed it with a part he had on hand in his truck. They charged a fair price - much better than my previous experience with a couple of the other prominent HVAC companies. All in all, it was just simply a good experience and we are cool once again.

“My upstairs AC has been slowly dying for a few years despite my efforts to keep it going. It was installed by Coolray 21 years ago. I had a Coolray technician come to inspect the system…bad news…21 years of age and R22 coolant meant I needed a replacement system. Within about an hour, Coolray designed a system to meet my needs based on accurate calculations. They provided a proposal with 4 price options. I had done some homework ahead of time and knew the prices were fair. I chose an option and had a brand new AC unit and furnace installed the next day. The whole process was complete less than 30 hours after the technician first showed up. The workmanship is impeccable. They even handle permits and inspections as part of the service. Coolray also included insulation which they installed two days later. I don’t have to worry about being hot upstairs anymore. Everything works great. Thanks Coolray!
