“We hired Rooter Hero to replace our sewer line and all the drains under the house, and John Alex’s crew did an excellent job from start to finish. We originally called because of a sewer backup, and they used a camera inspection to show us exactly what was wrong, which made everything clear and easy to understand.
I’d known for a while that the drain pipes under the house were in bad shape. I tried three times in the past to get other plumbers to do a full replacement, but they either never showed up or clearly didn’t want to take on the job. After 65 years of use, it was time for a complete replacement.
John Alex’s team completed the work in about a week, and now everything is brand new. They made sure we were happy with all the changes and addressed every concern we had along the way. Big thanks to John Alex, Steven, Matt, and Michael for the hard work and great communication.
