“I’d like to start off by saying, if there’s a golden buzzer system like America’s Got Talent, and I can only give one to a rating per year, Wrapstar would be the one I use it on. This isn’t my first time doing some kind of tinting/wrapping for my car. But this is the first time where I feel like I’m doing the work with a full blown luxury boutique. Not only is the product the highest quality it can be, but most surprisingly, the service is exactly on par with the product! This all starts with Mark, not only does he provide all the information I will need, he also gives me his full and honest recommendation that is tailored to me. Knowing that I have just purchased my dream car, he was equally as excited as I was in getting my new baby protected. We discussed for over 30 minutes going over the details and decided on getting the ultimate armor package… AND with a LIFETIME WARRANTY! YES! You’re reading it right, that’s how confident they are with their product and service! But the initial discussion really was just a drop in the bucket to how the rest of my experience went. The team at Wrapstar not only worked constantly on my vehicle with care and precision, but unlike the other shops I went to in the past, they actually was able to complete it on time despite it being in the middle of the holidays! This last part is what really won me over. This is when it really sealed it for me that they are a “people first” business. My car was dropped off on Monday 12/22, all the work (ultimate armor package and window tinting) was done by Tuesday night and ready for pickup by Wednesday (Christmas Eve). BUT, due to the weather, the team recommended that I let my car cure in their garage until the rain is over so it doesn’t affect the overall quality in the long run. They wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the work so instead of pushing my car back to me so they can save space for another vehicle, they held onto it for me so everything can cure perfectly. This action alone shows that they treat every customer as people, and not just a number. They care about our long term satisfaction, and not instant gratification. When put in an unfavorable/uncomfortable situation where they have to tell a customer that they have to wait longer, they would rather face it head on, than dodge it, give me the car, and hope for the best. That by itself, is what made me a customer for life. I cannot say enough good things about Wrapstar and the team. I have been driving my car now for two weeks since the work is done and I am so happy with all the work! It’s done so perfectly that it’s almost as if nothing is there. There were no corners cut from the front bumper of my car, all the way to the back bumper of my car. Every detail (which I inspected cause I’m OCD😊) was done to perfection! I won’t ever need to find another shop to go to again, nor will I ever recommend anywhere else other than Wrapstar to anyone else!”
