I call to inquire about a removal of a wall unit entertainment center on Monday. My call was received professionally and responsively. I described my desire and an appointment was quickly scheduled for Thursday.
The team arrived on time as agreed and immediately jumped into loading the pieces for removal. The senior member of the team was not comfortable with lowering the power lift gate to the truck onto my driveway for fear of digging or damaging the driveway. So he pulled the truck out to the street lowered the lift to its open position and then raised the gate in order to back the truck back into the driveway.
