“We woke up on the weekend to a busted pipe in the ceiling of our finished basement. We had a plumber come out on a Saturday on short notice to repair and stop the leak, but unfortunately, we needed immediate water remediation. They were kind to refer a company to assist. Property Medics called Us on a Sunday to schedule an assessment and Claude Smith came out the same afternoon to look at it. He called in a crew immediately to begin the demo work to expose the wet area so we would not incur any mold issues. This crew did a fabulous job! Particularly, Zach Vasquez and his assistant, Cris, arrived at 4:20 pm and stayed until the work was completed at 9:30 pm, on a Sunday night! They could not have been sweeter or more courteous and professional. What nice young men; they worked diligently and thoroughly, communicating every step of the way on what they were doing and why it was necessary. Claude and Zach showed exemplary work ethic and commitment to their jobs and we felt very protected in the oversight of an unfortunate event. Thank you Property Medics!

“I wanted to refrain from leaving a bad review but honestly our experience was mainly only good for the water remediation part. Our repairs were so poorly done, and our contractor wouldn’t answer us for weeks. I tired calling the main office to see what’s going on, and they said it’s because I haven’t paid. My insurance guy said not to pay anything up front, and besides, the money was in escrow.
All of our outlet covers are either bent in the wrong way, have huge holes behind them, or are crooked/not attached all the way.
They were supposed to redo the entire bathroom (~$6k on the insurance line items) and all they did was give us a new ceiling, damage our toilet, and added trim at the top - which wasn’t there before likely to cover up their bad work. They left all of the debris from the tree that hit our roof inside our attic. We had to ask when insulation would be added to the attic (they forgot). We asked for specific lights (well within the budget) and got random ugly ones off their truck. One positive was they did help us get a new furnace after it was water damaged and insurance didn’t add it to the original line items.
They broke several tiles and covered it up with paste, broke a light switch, damaged our fridge, and broke our garbage disposal with debris being washed down the sink from tools. They did come back and fix it the next day, but why were building materials being washed down our kitchen sink? The outside door with a hose was right there. One of our cabinets in the kitchen has a huge seam behind it like it’s coming off the wall, and there are clear dry wall lines in every ceiling they fixed. This took 6 months and only got finished very quickly toward the end because insurance said they weren’t paying for our temp housing anymore.
We have a 1 year warranty and don’t want them to come back out of fear something else will get ruined or poorly done.
