“I actually worked for this company but left to pursue a different career path. If you’re in need of a roof replacement, are experiencing any roof leaks from a storm, need a new fence whatever, they are the company to go for! I felt like it was a true team and family type environment which is important for me when working for anybody! We had team meetings often and even lunch provided from bosses, they provided incentives for sales performance, they were extremely flexible with my schedule as I could only work 3 days a week. It was honestly sad for me to move on from MRC. Not only is it a great environment but they morally do things the right way which you don’t see often with other roofing companies. (I know cause I worked for other roofers) They use only the best quality products within their projects and don’t try to get through any loop holes. 10/10 roofing and construction company Positive Quality, Professionalism”
