im U.S. Navy retired with job type Electronic Technician. I strongly do not recommend this company for hire. It's their inability to start a termite job in the first place.
I had this company do their wanted preinspection which they did.
And after 3 different times over a span of so many days I called them for a price quote and an appt to termite spray the attic .Their front desk assistance kept telling me that they will call me up to do this asap for which they never did.
Its like they are playing games with me .
Beware of 4 , 5 star reviews ,..it's common for a company after they complete a job to encourage the home owner to put in a good word for them with you not knowing if they did the job right.
And how do we know if a review is legit? in orher words a review from a person who never hire them in the first place.

Josh H. came out and was already familiar with our house and was able to give us a detailed history of treatments and issues. He was very thorough with his explanation and the treatment. At the end of the visit he gave us details of what he found/did. Very happy so far!

“Rachelle Keller is the best we have worked with. She has extraordinary attention to detail and does the extra things that really make her service special. We ask for additional spraying in the garage and extra sticky boards to leave behind and she accommodated with no problem whatsoever. We also mentioned we have seen a ground squirrel in the yard And she had Some suggestions for handling that issue. Overall, just a great person to deal with very knowledgeable person!
