“Stay Away – Not Worth the Time, Money, or Headache
I scheduled Pretty In Pink to clean two units and was quoted $225 for the job. On the day of the service, the cleaners only cleaned one unit and left without touching the second. I sent someone to inspect the work, and they confirmed that only one unit had been cleaned. I called the company immediately, and they promised to send someone back out, but we waited two hours and no one ever showed up.
Eventually, they called back and tried to send someone even later, but by that point I had lost all confidence in their reliability and told them I no longer wanted their service. Shockingly, they then informed me they would still charge $180, even though half the job was never done.
I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card company. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. Avoid Pretty In Pink at all costs, they are unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly don’t stand by their own service.
The saddest part? The unit that was cleaned was done well, but it’s not worth the hassle or the disrespect to your time and money.”

“I have been using this company for almost a year. I schedule cleanings once a month since having two children under two. Some crews that show up do a great job. But the experience I had today was unreal. Two ladies come and I noticed that they have children in the car. I invite them to bring in what I thought was maybe two or three kids. No, they have six total children plus a baby that they planned on leaving in the car during the cleaning appointment! The kids came and sat down for maybe five minutes and then started taking out my children’s toys and throwing things and refusing to sit so I asked the ladies to leave and explained I would cancel this appointment and reschedule for another day. On top of this, they even asked me if I had a vacuum they could use! Anyway, They refused to leave and said that since they had drove so far, that they would just leave the kids in the car and continue cleaning. I said no please don’t leave them in the car I would just feel more comfortable if you rescheduled. They could not really understand me much. I got on the phone with the manager and they could not reschedule me until next week. When the house cleaners left, they left trash bags on the floor, some cleaning products in my bathroom, and some personal clothing. Because of this major inconvenience they offered me one free cleaning.. I accepted, but after this I will certainly not be using pretty in pink cleaning anymore.”

I booked Pretty in Pink Cleaning through Groupon and had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever encountered. Two cleaners arrived for a scheduled 2-hour job. Neither spoke English, and they spent nearly an hour in my bathroom—which wasn’t particularly dirty—laughing, chatting, and lingering around my personal items. They refused to move on to other rooms despite my repeated requests.
When I asked one of them to begin vacuuming the bedroom, the supervising cleaner became hostile and abruptly left—less than an hour after arriving—without finishing the master bath. Pretty in Pink management ignored multiple follow-up calls and never offered a refund or reschedule.
This was not just poor service—it was a complete disregard for professionalism, privacy, and basic customer respect.”

Coming woukd not honor a deal that was purchased as a Christmas gift. Finally after escaletaing to the owner the “allowed it”
I took the day off work for my appointment and 10 minutes before scheduled time they called and said the cleaner is sick but they can just 1 person to do my almost 3k sqft house, in 2 hours.
They rescheduled for the next day and the cleaners showed up early while I was still at work and left after being told I wasn’t home from work.
