“Ike's reached out to me in a snow storm through a post i wrote in New Albany Indiana. I was needing help as it was cold and my heater was loosing heat. He said he would come and help me. He restarted it and said it was fixed. I was excited and grateful. But the next day it was doing the same. I reached back out to Mike and he said the problem would likely cost me around $7,000! From fixed to broke and a quote without me even knowing what's wrong. Im on all heat pump so my house is all electric. And this was recently. So my electric bill is outrageous and I wake to dropping tempatures and about to go restart it myself and hope it keeps up. But I unfortunately didn't get the help I was told that I would. From $0 to $7,000 over night! And im wondering if it needs refrigerant or a filter or something. My 1st winter here. To bad it didn't just need a restart because I gave 5 stars somewhere else. Disappointed
