“Poor cleaning. Damage. Stinky chemicals.
The first time they cleaned my house, many of the wooden surfaces and joints were dusty. This is also true for the refrigerator and stove handles. Additionally, I had requested special attention to the bathrooms asking to remove all soap scum and calcium build up. The shower walls still felt dirty and the chemical damaged the metal fixtures. When I arrived home after the cleaning, the house smelled awful from the chemicals the used, and it took 2-3 days to dissipate. They sent someone out to re-clean. The furniture was dusted better, but it was left with a heavy oily film. The shower walls were cleaner, but I can still feel the calcium build up. The refrigerator and stove door handles were not re-cleaned so I had to clean them. They were unable to remove the black marks on the bathroom fixtures from the harsh chemical used. I asked them what they were going to do about it, and they said they would try to remove the marks at future visits overtime. I just found a wooden wall hanging that was broken and the broken piece hidden under the dish drain. I do not trust this company to clean my house again.”

“I had booked this company just trying different cleaning companies out. I was not impressed.
They left crumpled pieces of paper (obviously trash) on top of a speaker, when they mopped, they just pushed my dogs hair around rather than sweeping or vacuuming the floor first, theres a ledge/half wall in the bathroom that was not wiped off.
They did not wipe down or dust any glass decor in the bathroom.
Not sure what kind of of mop was used, but the floor was DRENCHED in water.
Would not use again.

“Hired to do a move-in deep clean. I won't give them the lowest rating since some things were cleaned, but others clearly weren't. They weren't consistent even in the same room. For instance, some kitchen drawers were clean while others had loose dirt/debris in them. The floors weren't mopped well either, especially not for a move-in "deep clean" that we asked for before bringing in furniture. We had someone out to verify our complaints. They offered to have a team come back, but we declined because we couldn't trust that it would be done and were moving soon. We ended up doing the cleaning ourselves. We asked if a partial refund could be given because the "move-in" clean was fairly expensive. We were told a manager would follow-up. After not hearing back for a week or two, we tried contacting them again but never received a reply.”
