“***BUYER BEWARE- I’d never recommend this company to my worst enemy*** (pictures below)
New Tampa fence removed and installed a new fence for me on 2/17. After the job was complete, I asked Scott Gilligan (the Owner and project manager) to come walk the fence with me at completion, as I had concerns. He clearly told me he did not need to come see the completed job in person, as he saw pictures and that was enough. Fast forward 3 weeks from install date. I have many panels totally warped and some panels deteriorating (pictures below). I sent Scott Gilligan pictures and asking if he will fix these issues. His response was “nope… wood is out of my hands.” This was 3 WEEKS after install, not even enough time for me to seal it!
Scott had the opportunity to come see the completed job and fix the panels that needed to be fixed. Sadly, He chose not to!
The fact that Scott was very rude, unprofessional and left me with an ABSOLUTELY terrible finish with awful wood! I would never recommend New Tampa fence to anyone. Trust me, save yourself the headache!
