“This is the second time Merry Maids has cleaned my house. The first time, I let it slide because I was busy and thought, well maybe it was an exception. When they came this week, they didn't clean up grease on the stove behind the griddle, they did not clean the sides of my sinks, they did not clean my shower doors inside or outside (hairspray n shower door), they did not mop any of my floors, or a large floor mirror in my hall where my grandbaby likes to see herself. They came back today to fix these issues and again, my floors are dirty still. I just mopped portions of themselves and they are really dirty. I don't get it. The office is saying they don't understand but will not release me from the contract. I told them I am concerned with housecleaners I have called out on their cleaning skills being in my home alone when I am not here. You don't know what people will do, despite what they tell their superiors. Obviously, they told the office and their superiors that they have cleaned my house properly and yet the floors are dirty even after "cleaning" them two times in two days. Doesn't make any sense. If I were you, I would not use this service. I am going to continue exploring options to get them to release me from the agreement I signed. I do not feel I should be obligated to a housecleaning agreement to pay them if my house is not clean when they leave on two separate days.
