My water heater had burst at the top and was leaking everywhere. Krystal was a calming presence on the phone, and then the awesomeness continued when Matt and Francisco came within 40 min. Matt carefully explained what had happened, the root cause, and all my options. This was my 3rd water heater to die in the last 16 years, so I was a bit overwhelmed. I told him my budget and my needs, and he came back with a quote to replace my water heater and water softener all in one go. In less than 3 hrs, all the bad bits had been removed - pipes, tanks, and valves - and everything was replaced with beautiful, efficient new everything. I honestly worried I wouldn't have water, let alone hot water, for days, but they were quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and super efficient. Could not be happier with the results!
