“Was not what I expected or paid for honestly. I found them on yelp and it said to call for the 10% off for first time customers. I had called a couple of times and left a voicemail the day before and never heard back from them. I went ahead and scheduled it online as it was the quickest one I can get scheduled for. I paid extra for sand/pet fur removal along with paying extra carpet shampoo and wax on the car.
Very nice guy that came out and on time. I got the silver wash but again, added the extras cause I just wanted mainly the sand and fur out. He quoted me 2.5 hours. Was closer to 3 when he was finished but when I saw my car, I was a little disappointed. There was still a lot of fur and sand in the back and said that he would need to spend more time on it but I would have to schedule another time and pay again.
There were marks all over the car that he never got to, or wiped down. The AC vents were still dirty along with the center section. I ended up just doing it myself with a vacuum to get the rest out and wipe down the areas that were missed. Spent another hour which I was avoiding doing cause I wanted to get something nice done for myself. I spent $226 on a detail that wasn’t very detailed. When I mentioned about the 10% off, he had to call his manager and he wanted to argue that it wasn’t for my deal as I got the silver and not the other two washes. Then argue that I needed to call first. On yelp, it had said for “first time customers” and like I had said, I had called them twice and no one picked up and left a voicemail. Only got the two stars cause the guy who washed my car was nice and on time.”
