“I honestly have nothing to say but good things about SMG! Starting from the very first day I called to get a quote and continuing on right up to returning our rented tools to them, they make sure you know that if you need them...they're there!! Dealing with Madison and her vast knowledge, that was always accompanied with smiles and an extraordinary attitude, both on the phone and in-person was just a captivating experience. The way she can talk to you and make you feel like a family member or a close friend while at the same time maintaining her unwaivering professionalism is admirable. Then our delivery driver, Danny, went above and beyond what anyone would have considered his normal job, just to make our job significantly easier by helping us avoid having to wheelbarrow the crete from A to B! But I definitely dont want to take away from any of SMG's other employees cuz from what I saw when dropping off our rented tools is that Danny and Madison aren't sui generis, because everyone at SMG walks around with the same smiles, same unbelievably amazing attitude, and the want and willingness to assist each other, but more importantly if its needed...to help the customer complete their concrete projects! So....if you have any small concrete projects coming up (💩...even if you have ginormous concrete projects coming up...theyll do everything in thieir power to make it happen) I highly recommend you give SMG a shot!
