UPDATE: Ten (10) days later, I had an unrelated sewage backup, so I definitely called SERVPRO of South Orlando again. They came to my rescue even though this incident occurred very late (after midnight). Dom and Kattar extensively cleaned up the sewage water that filled my bathroom and crept into two closets, a hallway, and my bedroom carpet. It would have been very difficult for me to clean it up all by myself without SERVPRO's expertise and equipment. When I said that I would use them again if needed in the future (see my first review above), I didn't realize that the future would come so quickly, but I'm glad they saved me one more time.
