“Restoration 1 came out quick for a water overflow from a condensation pump in the basement and got the job done promptly, drying out in a few days. We had filed an insurance claim on another issue last year and I did not want to file another one for what overall was a minor water issue, so I was tried to go through self-pay and had been told they would work with us on the pricing. I had a pipe leak a few days ago. Josh from High 5 Plumbing came out and fixed it quickly and recommended Restoration 1 to me. I told him to go ahead and connect us. Restoration 1 called me immediately about the water damage from the leak, and had all the relevant details. It was convenient to have such an integrated experience, and I trusted that both companies understood what they needed to do.
Today I had High 5 come out and remove our water heater so Restoration 1 could remediate the water damage. Dave and Robin showed up and got to work quickly. I had some questions and they gave me thorough, understandable answers. They were very courteous throughout the day and worked very quickly. Since they completed the job so fast, we didn't have to lose our hot water for more than eight hours, which I really appreciate.
I took a look at the work they did and it's extremely comprehensive. Absolutely a great value, considering all the advice they provided through the process. I've got peace of mind here and I appreciate how seamless this process has been.
