Instead, they sent the technician out with an economy 24 month battery. This caused a 2+ hour delay while the technician ran around to 3 auto parts stores looking for what I wanted.
Also, they charged my card the full amount the day before anyone ever even came out and did anything!

“I schedule a battery replacement for my car. The technician came out installed a new battery. The car still didn't start. Upon further inspection it was discovered that the battery was not the issue and my old battery was still good.. The technician removed the new battery and put my original battery in. My account was charged as soon as the technician came out. I have yet to receive my refund. They take your funds soon as the come out, but I'm waiting days to receive my funds. Unbelievable!”

“I scheduled a simple new battery to be installed. The battery 4 hours later was dead. They cancelled and changed my warranty scheduled appt. the next day so I had to get towed to a car mechanic shop. The local car repair shop diagnosed a bad battery was installed and was completely dead. They also said battery terminal cables needed replaced. $900 later it cost the job to be done correctly. AutoNation also charges $50 to come back for a warranty check up! They charge for their mistake to return and attempt to fix it? They are a scam and doubt how many qualified technicians they have working for them. Administratively you talk to a computer. Do not use them for car repair. The worst service I’ve used in 50 years. I paid them $350 to install a bad battery. They need to refund the bad battery technician installed. I will update whether they will or not. Also look at
