I recently had him replace a tank water I had that was leaking with a tankless water heater. I have a busy work schedule so he was able to accommodate my schedule and work with me. He was very professional and didn’t try to oversell anything.
He installs many brands but suggested a Navien model that has great reviews and reliability. He went out of his way to come and install my unit on a weekend when I could actually be home. The job went exactly as advertised and he was meticulous. He even pointed out an issue on my roof that should be addressed that I didn’t even know about.
In terms of pricing I thought he was very fair and competitive with other businesses. He was flexible with payment methods as well which I thought was great.
