“Had several problems with our 2 AC units. One where the fan was not operating and the other that was not cooling effectively. Their technician "Lot" was excellent. He took his time to troubleshoot/testing and told us immediately along the way what he found and what the cause and potential options were for each. He gave us tips for proper operation and extending the life of the units. He had to go out to find a component that was defective and returned promptly. He was just so professional and so good at explaining each phase of his review and and repairs. We will definitely be seeing Lot next time we have issues with our unit or just need an evaluation.
