“Having your a/c unit “die” on you is never pleasant; even less so in the heat of the summer, and it is especially concerning when there are senior citizens inside your home suffering because of it. With companies booked out for weeks, it was not a pretty picture for me. In desperation (when it was 90 degrees in my 1-story home at 7:30p), I called Progressive Heating and Air and the after hours answering service took a detailed message. The following morning (today) shortly after 8a, I received a call from the General Manager, Steve. Miraculously, he was at my home within the hour. The cost of replacement of a 20 yr old a/c unit (which was necessary) as well as a 40+ yr old furnace is not pleasant either, but there is not a shred of doubt in my mind that I was quoted a very fair price; none. Steve showed the utmost concern and respect with respect to my elderly mother’s well being as well as my own and took a lot of time explaining the issues. I was astounded when I was told they could replace everything immediately, and found it equally miraculous that David and Lot were at my home in less than 2 hrs (and 2 hrs earlier than I was told to expect them!) These guys were SO kind, respectful and efficient; they worked HARD for close to 7hrs and did a fantastic job. We are now (thankfully) wonderfully cool inside. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone with heating or air conditioning needs. This is a truly fantastic company, with equally fabulous employees!
