“Be VERY Careful with this crew! They basically have a release of liability in their invoice and so they are NOT responsible for any scratches they create! I had them come to complete a full construction cleaning of the windows on our newly built home, only to realize that they left scratches in all directions. When I called the owner of the company to come and review the windows, he basically told me that the windows were scratched prior and he was not liable as I had signed a waiver from the onset so basically too bad. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from an owner of a big organization.”

“I run a commercial property management company, the first time I worked with Window Gang I was very pleased with the job they did and the price they came in at.
When time came to do the same job the next year they put a statement in their contract that basically said they won't be liable for any damage that they do to our building. This is ludicrous considering they are using blades and other heavy equipment to clean windows 30 feet off the ground.
When I tried to get in touch with the owner it took me over 3 months to get him to actually respond (he wouldn't actually speak to me on the phone) to me and his only remedy was to charge me before he went to the site and does any work.
Sadly very poor customer service by the owner of the company, wouldn't recommend using them in the future.”
