Email communication ahead of our appointment was very smooth and easy. We had no problems at all.
For our first appointment Clarke installed the Hisense 8000 BTU model. He was very polite, professional and gave us a lot of advice on the appropriate models for our apartment. The installation was very quick and clean. We tested out the model for a week before we decided to remove it and install the Midea U-shape model which Clarke had recommended for us based on our needs. So we asked him to return for a second visit. Again, the scheduling went very smoothly with their new online scheduling calendar. On our second visit he removed the model he had initially installed and installed the new model for us. Again, very quickly and cleanly.
Overall we are super satisfied with the installation and will recommend the company to friends and family!”
