“I had a confirmed AC removal appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM. The technician contacted me at around 9:20 AM saying they would arrive over an hour early and then expected me to be available or reschedule. When I explained that my appointment was at 11 and I was not available earlier, I was told I had to move the appointment to another day because they had a doctor’s appointment at 11:00 AM.
Arriving over an hour early without advance notice does not equal being on time, and customers should not be expected to rearrange their schedules to accommodate poor planning. They provided the 11:00 AM time. If they needed to get it done earlier, they should have given me an earlier time slot. This resulted in a complete waste of time and unnecessary frustration.
I would not recommend this company if you expect basic professionalism. I ended up calling 1-800-GOT-JUNK after cancelling my appointment. Not only were they able to arrive at my originally scheduled 11:00 AM time, but they were cheaper and all around more professional.”
