“Very over-priced. Seems they will charge whatever they can get away with the insurance company. I had water mitigation done by them for a leak in our bathroom. They were prompt in arriving, they were always courteous, they cleaned up well. They brought in 6 big fans, 2 Dehumidifiers, and 2 mats to suck moisture out of a 5' x 10' area of hardwood floor. Here are some of their charges: $230.27 for "Emergency Service Call" during normal business hours. 2 charges for Equipment Set up - $331.84 TWICE. $663.68 total. $196 for EACH of the large fans for a total of $1176. You can buy these fans on Amazon for about $100 each. They charged me $6.90 to remove an outlet cover (1 screw), and $8.64 to remove a Cold Air return cover (4 screws) - I guess they give a "multi-screw" discount. My rough calculation is this could be accomplished in about 10 seconds to remove the outlet cover resulting in an hourly rate of $2,498/hour!

“The person I got the initial quote from for repairs to my kitchen was great but they found asbestos so I went with another company for remediation. When I reached back out for help putting everything together it was like I was working with a totally different company. I had to ask the estimator multiple times to add things to the estimate for insurance, there were multiple delays and not a great attention to detail. It was really difficult to get ahold of the project manager. The work was okay (definitely not great) but it took longer than they said it would. Then they threw away my cabinet soft close hardware and tried to charge me additional to add new hardware because they said it wasn’t part of the quote. Then they said they would add the hardware if I just paid everything but $500 until it was done and threatened to put a lien on my place while I was still trying to get them to finish the job (I had already paid half). Then when they finally went out there they said it already had soft close hardware and they just had to push a button and he said he thought that was funny. Not funny at all, would never use them again or recommend them.”
