“Unfortunately, my experiences with the owner of Blay'z Turf Pro mirrors what others have noted. The owner failed to bill me for a service and then blamed me for his internal business issues. I terminated the business relationship but instead of finalizing the account, he contacted my husband "...Im done being talked to like an idiot by your partner. Just rediculous [sic]..."
Another time I had agreed to meet the owner one afternoon to discuss a yard matter. At 11:11 am that day, the owner texted me that he was onsite. I could not meet then, but I let him know that I could meet in the afternoon as we agreed. The owner texted back, "This is the afternoon."
Edited to add: I understand that Aaron is upset by my review and wishes to silence those who share negative experiences with him and his company. Unfortunately, his reply is false and misleading. For example, I never asked a contractor to bill Blay’z. Rather, a crew driving a Blay’z Turf Pro truck and trailer installed mulch in my yard, and I expected to be billed by the company, as had been customary. A couple weeks later, Aaron emailed me and demanded I pay him “NOW” and in another email “immediately” as he blamed me for his business issues (“I had more installs on the schedule for that day and they did not get finished because of your install…”). Aaron’s communications were inappropriate, so I asked him to stop. Regardless, I paid the invoice on the same day that I received it, yet Aaron has reworked factual information and now accuses me of criminal conduct. Please consider this example before hiring his company.”
