“Ulises Sandoval from Professional Foundation Repair came to my house initially to take photos of the foundation and crawl space in conjunction with California's Earthquake Brace and Bolt (EBB) program. He discovered water underneath the house that had caused considerable damage and degradation of the foundation. The water turned out to be due to the faulty installation of a main line by a plumber some years ago. Ulises showed me 24 photos from under the house and emphasized the urgency of the repairs. The photos amply documented the damage, and I understood the urgency to act promptly to avoid extremely expensive foundation repairs that would have required the house to be jacked up. Ulises worked with the company to get my repairs under way as soon as possible. The entire team from Professional Foundation Repair was knowledgeable, hard-working, efficient, and professional. They did a fantastic job (entailing many steps and materials) to save the foundation.
